Let me introduce you to Roz Cusack, Retreat Lead and Therapist for all things Heart Wisdom. You could never say Roz was a person who would wax lyrical about her talents, however it has to be said Roz has a wealth of experience working with people after a 30 year career of being a Therapist, Trainer and Mindfulness and Personal Development Coach.
Roz has worked with some well known people ranging from charitable organisations such as Mind, Barnardos and Relate, to developing wellbeing programmes for companies such as Siemens and Adidas to name just a few. So your in very safe hands.
Having experienced a busy career Roz moved to Skye with her partner to enjoy a more tranquil pace of life, working as a Therapist and take a few photographs, enjoying her love of nature. Roz soon felt inspired by the experience of connecting with nature and its incredibly positive effect on physical and mental wellbeing. Having enjoyed delivering training and short Retreats in Northumberland, it just felt like an obvious path to follow and use all her experience as a Therapist and Mindfulness coach to develop small, bespoke retreats to help others on their own journey to be themselves, escape, recharge, enlighten the senses and feed the soul to have a life well lived.

All our retreats are small (max 7-10 people), private, bespoke with luxury accommodation and freshly prepared healthy food onsite. This ensures you feel comfortable, nurtured, safe to be yourself and among like minded people. You don’t have to worry about anything but giving yourself much needed space and relaxation.
